A pair of Chinese blue and white moon flasks, Kangxi four character marks, late 19th century, each painted with Long Eliza figures in fenced gardens, within flower and scrollwork borders, the shoulder and neck applied with a pair of chi-dragon handles, 20.5cm

Both vases have some slight losses to the glaze around the top rim and to the raised circles around the reserve, one vase has a larger glaze loss / shallow chip measuring 18mm diam. at the 7 o'clock position below one of the circular reserves, other minor firing imperfections otherwise good condition.
