A Chinese famille rose jar and cover, 19th century, painted with figures in landscapes and amid pavilions, 24cm

A few tiny shallow chips to the inner rim of the vase, some occasional scuffing and scratching to the glaze all over, the cover is a slightly loose fit and the style of the painting of the figures on it is slightly different to that of the jar so probably associated, the gilding is worn on the finial of the cover and slightly around the neck of the jar.
