Two Minton biscuit bone china portrait figures and a similar bust, c.1832-40, the standing figures of the Duke of Wellington and Sir Robert Peel leaning against square pedestals, on circular plinths, unmarked, 28cm, and a bust of William IV, on a circular socle, 18.8cm
Estimate £200-300
Duke of Wellington
Shallow chip to the peak of the duke's right collar, occasional typical firing imperfections and occasional minor scratching to the surface. The figure could do with a clean.
Robert Peel
Occasional typical firing imperfections and occasional minor scratching to the surface. The bust needs a clean. Traces of wax residue to the circular plinth that flakes off. The figure needs a clean.
William IV
There is a paler patch measuring approx. 2cm x 1cm to the reverse of the model underneath the shoulder. This does not appear to be restoration work (possibly where a label used to be?). Occasional typical firing imperfections and occasional minor scratching to the surface. The bust needs a clean.
