A matched pair of George V novelty silver money boxes, each cylindrical box embossed as a banker with an umbrella, the circular base inscribed 'Always be prepared for a rainy day', makers, Saunders & Shepherd and Henry Williamson Ltd. both Birmingham, 1910, 14.2cm, with wooden bases, one with lock (no key), the other lacking lock and key.

Condition:
One has a few dents around the body and the hat has been slightly crushed and is split, aslos a few nicks around the foot rim. The other has a few small knocks/dents around the body. Both are quite tarnished and both have signs of slight wear commensurate with age and some use.
