Condition:
Oil on canvas that looks to have been rolled at one time and since laid on to a board, paint looks a little dirty and fine mostly vertical lines of craquelure run down through the work principally from the top, further creasing and scuffing mostly running vertically throughout the canvas bust most notably across the bottom, under glass in a modern green stained frame with London Framer's label. The work was consigned as part of a large collection of framed works and works from the artists sketchbook. We are of the opinion that it is by the artist. "Due to past issues with items being damaged in transit, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer packing and posting services on all lots in this sale. This is non-negotiable.
