A late George III / George IV gentleman’s cream silk embroidered and cut steel waistcoat front, finely embroidered with polychrome flowers and cut steel appliqués on wide lapels, panel fronts and stand up collar, edged with metallic and sequin braiding, all lined, waistcoat front buttoned 20.5cm from armhole to armhole. Condition - the silk has stains from use. The embroidery, cut steel and braid are good.
