A late 19th / early 20th century Chinese black silk shawl, with polychrome silk embroidered flowers in green, red, orange, lilac, yellow and white, the centre embroidered with
sprigs of multi-coloured flowers, the four corners full of larger flowers, embroidered with a border of flowers and symbols of luck and happiness, the shawl edged with long black silk fringing. 125cm x 135cm. Condition - good, the silk is strong in colour, there are no holes or any fading.
