Two framed pairs of early 20th century Chinese silk embroidered sleeve bands; one pair embroidered in blue with Chinese knot as ornate bat motifs surrounded by floral motifs, edged in fine braiding and a black satin, silk and gold thread embroidered border, the other pair, embroidered gold thread work as five claw dragons and phoenix amongst bats and auspicious symbols, edged with woven braid and a cream satin blue embroidered border, bat sleeve bands 30.5cm wide x 60cm high, dragon sleeve bands 32cm wide 61.5cm high. Condition - good.
