Top-right corner of frontage dented, chipped and repaired affecting both the caddy and the cover; base split front to back, visible at interior and underside; interior lead lining very worn; oval white metal lockplate stands proud of the tortoiseshell and may not be original. Finial, nameplate and ball toes are a white metal.
