After the antique, a pair of late 18th/early 19th century Grand Tour souvenir bronze figures of seated warriors each upon naturalistic bases and raised upon ormolu mounted lapis lazuli plinths, overall 31cm wide, 23cm deep, 40cm high

Condition:
Both bronzes with an even dark chocolate green patination, a little dusty but no real faults noted, standing loose upon the plinths which show losses to the veneer throughout but particularly around the tops and bottoms of the sides, ormolu mounts dusty and oxidised but complete.
