Watercolour on light buff coloured paper which is perhaps evenly discoloured, a little darker, scattered small dirt specks and acid stains showing around the mounts, colours remain fair to strong, old washline mount and original glazed framed, numerous inscriptions and labels verso, Foord & Dickenson framers label, details of a Christie, Manson & Woods sale at Spencer House, St James Place, 1951, with catalogue excerpt below, further details given of the sale of the works belonging to the Duke of Bedford.
