Condition:
Overall of a light to mid brown oak tone, the top showing some ring marks and other small holes and damage together with two rectangular slots at the back presumably where an additional back was once mounted, minor small chipping and losses to the gothic carving, left hand locks works on a key, the right hand lock appears to intend to work from the same key but currently remains shut, a little more fading to the understage than elsewhere.
