An early to mid 20th century 18ct gold, cabochon star sapphire and rose cut diamond set oval cluster ring, the greyish blue sapphire measuring approximately 13.2mm by 12.5mm with a depth of 8.3mm, size P/Q, gross weight 7.1 grams.

Two small chips to the sapphire towards the edge of the stone. Other minor surface abrasions to the stone, commensurate with age and some use. Overall condition is otherwise good. The asterism is quite faint until a brighter light shines on the stone,
