An attractive 18ct white gold, two stone heart shaped diamond and two stone heart shaped sapphire set cluster ring, of quatrefoil shape, each heart shaped stone bordered by round brilliant cut diamonds or shaped cut sapphires, size N, gross weight 8.2 grams.

Condition:
Two small diamonds missing from outer border. Some minor wear to the facet edges of the heart shaped sapphires in places and one of the small sapphires has a large chip, otherwise in good condition, commensurate with age and some use. Heart shaped diamonds dimensions approx. 6.5mm by 7mm. Sapphires approx. 6.4mm by 6.8mm.
