Condition:
Overall in honest untouched condition, with good even colour, two short sections of stringing missing from the corners of the lid which is inset with an unengraved silvered plaque, lid closes slightly short of the front of the main body, a crack runs from the escutcheon upwards to the left, lids to the interior look original with traces of original silvering, original lock is now missing, no key present, small section of wood veneer missing from the front of the underside.
