A WW2 DFC medal group to 1451840 Flight Lieutenant K.H.Dempster comprising D.F.C, W.M, D.M, 1939-45 star and Air Crew Europe star, with Flying Log Book dated 16.5.42-13.7.45 recording bombing missions including Düsseldorf, Cologne and Hamburg, 25 sorties in the 1st Operational Tour, total flying time 259.22 hours. D.F.C awarded in December 1943, sold with a pull release handle from his bailout and related ephemera.

Lot comprises DFC in case with paperwork dated 1944. The four other mentioned medals with loose ribbons and original postage box. Royal air force service and release book, royal air forces Association membership book, observers and air gunners flying logbook, copy of an RAF Navigation book, album of press cuttings mostly relating to bombing sorties together with a number of related black and white photographs, Royal air force station, Cottesmore Christmas dinner 1941 menu signed on the back bye his colleagues.
