Provenance- from the collection of the vendor’s late father who collected Chinese works of art in Hong Kong from 1950 to the 1970s. He lived in Shanghai from 1947-48 and became a successful businessman living and working in Hong Kong from 1949 until his death in 1994. 6.7 cm high, foot re-carved, wood stand

Condition:
There is some slight abrasion to the inner flange of the cover and the inside edge of the rim. The foot appears to have been re-– shaped, natural inclusions in the stone otherwise in good condition.
