moulded mark ’R. LALIQUE’, this model is believed to have been produced by Lalique for the chocolatier Marquise De Sévigné as a bonbonnière cover to fit a silk lined base which is now lacking,

Condition:
The cover has been displayed upside down for many years and has some scratching and wear to the centre of the top consistent with this. There are other occasional minor scratches to the exterior otherwise in good condition with no restoration chips or cracks.
