A yellow metal and purple sapphire set ring, with GCS report dated 8/3/2021, stating the cushion cut natural stone to be approximately 1.10ct, have originated from Sri Lanka(Ceylon) and to show no indication of heating, size N, gross weight 2.1 grams.

Setting and shank probably early 20th century. Some visible wear to the carving and the setting. No visible damage to the stone.
