One large plated repaired chip to rim; one plate rim chipped, clearly visible, one plate damaged with two triangular sections detached, one small plate with star crack to base, rim with two grazes, not serious. One Canton small dish with two hairline cracks inward approx. 1cm. Pot with wire handle spout re-attached with unsightly cracks around, other pot rivet-repaired with one long triangular section missing; cover finial chipped. Cup repaired chip and cracked, clearly visible, all items dirty.

Provenance - Alfred Theodore Arber-Cooke (c.1910-1993); thence by family descent. Arber-Cooke lived in Carmarthenshire, Wales and was an avid collector of European & Asian works of art and an author of the History of Llandovery. He was collecting from the 1940s to the 1980s.
