Oil on original canvas which is now undulating and poorly attached to the stretcher, some cracking running through the paint which does look like it is starting to lift away notably near the signature, beside the church and below the central trees, otherwise paint looks a little dirty, housed in an old painted wood frame, remnant of Redfern Gallery label verso and a painted over inscription on the back of the canvas 'M Fedden, Water... 30 GNS' along with what looks like Sotheby's yellow chalk marks.
