Oil on canvas relined many years ago, canvas now slightly saggy and undulating, paint very dirty with a pronounced craquelure that looks like it starting to lift throughout much of the paint, a slightly smoother band running across the top as if the canvas was once folded over at some time, otherwise rather dark and dirty and possibly a little cut down in size, housed in a tatty old gilt frame, no labels verso.
