Oil on canvas cleaned and relined within the past 10 years or so, canvas remains tight, paint possibly slightly dirty with a fine but stable craquelure throughout, signed and dated lower left, housed in a later gilt frame which is in good condition, remnant of probably a Sotheby's bar code label verso.
