A late 18th century Hochst tea caddy, decorated with a town and ruins in a landscape, reserved against a gilt striped pink ground, with later metal mount, height 14cm
Condition: Lid is slightly loose, neck rim is gilt and in very good clean condition, gilding to main body slightly worn in places and with dirt marking but otherwise good, one shallow chip to the foot rim which has been re-gilt, blue orb mark to the underside
