A late 19th century Swiss gold mounted tortoiseshell musical box, inset with a miniature of a young lady, width 8cm depth 5.5cm height 3.5cm
Condition: One gold mount missing from the back corner of the lid and a small chip near to it, otherwise minor losses to the tortoiseshell at the corners of the sides and the bottom of the back, base also covered in tortoiseshell, no key so movement not tested, cylinder is 6cm, all the teeth look to be in good condition
