A 19th century gold, silver and diamond set twin hearts pendant, with pear old round and rose cut stones and ribbon bow crest (adapted?) on later 9ct white gold chain, pendant 16mm.

One stone missing. Slight wear to the setting commensurate with age and use. Two largest stones approx. 0.30-0.35 each. Colour and clarity estimated as J/K and VS2 and I1. Gross weight 5.7 grams. Width 18mm.
