Comes with plate holder. Bellows good and mahognay frame has minor scuffs and scratches consistent with some use. The Cooke Portrait Lens Series II A f3.5 Focus 12.1in. is mounted on later plywood panel held in place by later chrome fittings with a hole next to it and other small vacant screw holes. Lens may require a clean. The stand has some working adaptions to the cross angle support for the table with a few spare screw holes underneath and wear to the cloth on top. Light rust to the steel mechanism,
