An early 20th century Austrian cold painted bronze inkwell, modelled as a seated hare, on naturalistic marble plinth, H.8.5in.

There is some wear to the paint, particularly rubbing along the back but otherwise good condition. Granite base is very dusty and dirty. Internally there is a small ceramic well which does have some hairline cracking.
