A large Chinese turquoise ground 'phoenix' vase and cover, 18th/19th century, painted in famille rose with phoenixes amid peonies and rockwork, H. 44.5cm, base restored

The base of the vase has been restored underneath and part the way up one side. Cracks can be seen on the base on the inside of the vase. Two rim sections of the cover have been restored with a hairline crack extending to the top of the cover.
