A Chamberlains Worcester dinner and dessert service, c.1816-20, each piece painted with botanical specimens to the centre and to oblong reserves, with pale blue panelled borders, including a soup tureen and cover and a pair of sauce tureens, covers and stands, red printed 'Chamberlains Worcester Regent China..' and similar black printed marks, ninety pieces including covers, soup tureen 30cm wide

The service includes:
25 piecrust shaped plates which are 23.5cm across, of which four are in good condition, seven have some occasional flaking to the glaze, ten have some small chips to the edges and four are cracked
11 piecrust shaped soup plates measuring 26cm across, five are in good condition, two are heavily crazed and three are cracked
11 piecrust shaped small plates measuring 19cm across, four are good, five have heavy crazing to the glaze, one has a chip to the edge and another has a large loss to the rim
Pair of sauce tureens, covers and stands - both covers are good, one tureen has a section of the rim of the broken and reglued and a firing crack to the edge of the foot and both stands have stained heavy crazing to the glaze
Large circular tureen or possibly soup tureen and cover which has a large section of the rim missing to the cover and the base has some cracks to it and heavy crazing which are stained.
Pair of rectangular tureens and covers - the bases are painted inside so you have the option of using them without covers, one cover is cracked, both covers are heavily crazed and there is some crazing to the tureen bases, one with slight flaking to the enamel
Four meat dishes graduating from 26cm to 48.5cm, the 26cm dish has an under rim chip, the 31.5cm dish has a large section of the rim lacking with some cracks to the border, the other 31.5cm dish has some scratching to the glaze, the 36.5cm dish has some slight scratching to the gilding and some speckling to the glaze underneath, the largest dish has cracks to the border at each end and some wear to the gilding and flaking to the enamels.
Please note together with this service which had been incorrectly counted as part of this service is an Adderleys Limited part service in the matching design but the plates of circular form which dates from the early 20th century which includes ten dinner plates measuring 26cm across which have some slight wear to the gilding and occasional minor scratching and seventeen shallow soup dishes, sixteen of which are in reasonable condition with minor scratching and one which is cracked.
