An early Victorian mahogany novelty tea caddy in the form of a twin pedestal sideboard, with three drawers and two canisters, 15.75in. height 11in.

Brass stringing inlay to the top is just starting to lift on the right hand side of the front strip, all three drawers run smoothly, colour is an even rich mahogany finish, there is a button to the underside of each pedestal which releases the caddies allowing them to be drawn out, although the right hand one is very stiff and hard to remove, both caddies have internal lids, the left side caddy has a crack at the back near the hinge although the hinge still works smoothly, remnants of the original tin lining foil, overall fair to good condition.
