The dish has a handful of dings to the centre section and several light surface scratches, the dish has a monogram engraved at the opposite end of the handle and on one side it is engraved 'Presented to Mr. W. M. Downham by his colleagues of the Perroffsky & Spossky Mills' and on the opposite side St. Petersberg June, 1st 1913
