Both covers have been restored at the rim as have the vases themselves, one of which still has a hairline crack visible from the rim. This same vase has a hairline crack towards the base rim and another in the same area on the opposite side. The other vase is also restored at the base as well as a small patch of restoration at the shoulder, both pieces have light surface scratches and typical minor flaws in the manufacture
