A twenty eight piece London shape part tea set and a small quantity of Indian Tree

Sugar pot discoloured and has a large chip to the rim. Bowl has fritting to the inside and blue staining. One of the saucers has a hairline crack, another has two. One of the teacups has a broken-off handle, another has a chip at the base of the handle.
The tree of life - the cream jug's handle has been off, re-glued, re-painted and stapled. One of the teacups has a hairline crack. One or two of the saucers have a minor chip, as is the same with five plates
