Two Japanese ivory netsuke, Meiji period, the first carved as two huntsmen battling with a boar, two character signature to the underside of the hat by the boar's hind feet, 5cm (losses to limbs), the second a skull encircled by a snake, unsigned, 3.5cm, crack to ivory

Netsuke of two huntsman and a boar has losses to the front left leg of the boar and the right arm of the huntsman below him and a small splinter chip to the leading edge of the billowing robe on the second huntsmans left sleeve, otherwise good.
The netsuke / okimono of a skull has open age crack to the ivory at the back of the skull and across the snake and a few other fine age cracks, otherwise in good condition.
