Overall the case of this clock has seen some heavy and rather crude restoration, the stepped top looks to be a later replacement, both sides of the front have been heavily patched and repaired, ring handles look to be later additions, dial very dirty with signs of old retouching and later scuffing, feet look to be associated, movement not going, lacks a bell.
