Lot 681 , An Edwardian Arts & Crafts silver dish by the Keswick School of Industrial Art, 2.5 oz.
An Edwardian Arts & Crafts silver dish by the Keswick School of Industrial Art, of shaped circular form, with repousse fruiting vine border and planished bowl (split), Chester, 1907, 6in, 2.5 oz.
Estimate £100-150
The piece is quite light and a little flimsy. The rim is very slightly mishapen at a couple of points, but the main issue is a split running around the inner bowl rim, about 25% of the circumference. There is some minor wear to the decoration around the rim and the marks are a little rubbed, the maker's mark moreso.
