A Chinese famille verte and underglaze blue teapot and cover, Kangxi period, unusually painted with underglaze blue floral medallions within famille verte banded, flower and foliate bands, 12cm

There is some wear to the gilding especially to the finial, some minor typical glaze imperfections, some slight wear to the iron red enamel on the handle, there is a feint hairline crack along the foot edge to the unglazed foot edge, the foot is generally grubby and has largely disguised this and only really seen on very close inspection with a strong light, otherwise good condition.
