Oil on canvas, rather crudely relined within the past 20 - 30 years ago or so, canvas with some stiff undulation and a fine but stable craquelure running through all of the paint, stretcher marks showing, apparently unsigned and also rather dirty, looks to be a 19th century copy of a 17th century work, in an ornate giltwood laurel leaf frame which is now a little grubby but otherwise in tact, no labels or inscriptions verso.
