A large 19th century Italian kingwood and tulipwood crossbanded casket, inset with rectangular pietra dura panels depicting colourful birds, flowers and scrolls, on bracket feet, 16.5in.

Some minor scratches and marks to the pietra dura panels, there are some minor veneer losses particularly around the banding of the lid, a small section of ovolu moulding along the front has been restuck, overall in reasonable condition.
