A Chinese tinted ivory snuff bottle and stopper, 1875-1900, carved in high relief and openwork with figures amid pavilions and trees, 10.4cm Richards no. 296, stopper associated ?

There is wear to the colouring on the ivory snuff bottle otherwise the condition is good. The neck of the snuff bottle is oval in section but the stopper is circular so has probably been matched and the dome top of the stopper has been broken and re-glued.
