Condition:
Oil on canvas relined many years ago, canvas remains tight, paint dirty and dark with a fine but stable craquelure running through the darker tones and a hint of bitumous bubbling lower down, a small L shaped puncture mark near 9 o'clock, other light surface scuffs, housed in a later moulded wood frame, no labels verso.
