A mid to late 20th century platinum and single stone tapered cushion cut sapphire set dress ring, with diamond chip set pierced shoulders, the sapphire weighing approximately 4.00-4.50ct, size L, gross weight 7.4 grams.

Condition:
Small stone missing from one shoulder. Nibbles around the girdle of the sapphire and nicks, scratches and wear around the facets of the sapphire in places. Diamonds are less than 0.01ct and are too small to assess the colour and clarity . Sapphire dimensions approx. 10.5mm by 9.8mm, with a depth of 5.2mm.
