A late 19th / early 20th century Chinese cream silk and polychrome floral embroidered tasselled shawl, embroidered with a rose and floral all over design in a multitude of colours on a plain cream silk background with long silk tasselled edging, approximately 120cm x 126cm. Condition - the cream silk is marked in places from use, mostly on the underside, may be removed with professional conservation cleaning.
