Three late 19th century Neapolitan mandolins with rosewood bodies embellished with mother of pearl, ebony and tortoiseshell, with bone mounts, one bearing label for Giuseppe Valapiglia, c.1890, another with indistinct handwritten label and the last with printed label for Pasquale Angara & Pasquale D'isanto dated 1897, all approximately 59cm

All three in rather faded neglected condition but essentially complete. Valapiglia with some mother of pearl inlay missing from the upper edge together with some buckling around that edge, generally faded but otherwise fair. Indistinct handwritten label - small sections of edging missing to the top, otherwise fair Pasquale - faded and dirty but otherwise fair
