A George III engraved silver four piece tea and coffee service, by Peter & William Bateman, with shaped reeded bands, engraved shoulders, on ball feet, the coffee pot on square base, with ball feet, London, 1806/7, together with a pair of associated silver sugar tongs, gross weight 62oz.

Condition:
Small dent to the side of the coffee pot. Marks very rubbed on the cream jug and sugar bowl. Possible repair to one of the angles of the teapot?? Small dent to two of the angles towards the base of the teapot. Some slight downward pressure has been applied to the sugar bowl as there are foot depressions. Minor nicks and scratches in general, commensurate with age and some use.
