A late Victorian novelty parcel gilt silver cigar cutter, modelled as a bottle, the hinged section enamelled with a head of a dog, Chester, 1888, maker's mark rubbed, 50mm.

Enamel in good order, commensurate with age. Minor surface scratches to the silver in places and there is some wear to the gilding at the top. Hallmarks visible but a little rubbed in places.
