Bottle three rubs to the black nipples; three small chips to stopper; stopper tightly fastened into neck. We have not taken the stopper off, it looks like it could come off but we don't want to force it. Stencilled mark R Lalique, France. Rotterdam Lloyd Royal Dutch Mail, not an uncommon mark on this pattern bottle.
