Condition:
Slightly smaller work shows the cock looking to the right, perhaps a little faded but still with fair strength of colour, under glass in a later gilt frame with old Sotheby's label, the slightly larger work equally in fair to good condition, old ink inscription perhaps giving details of the cock.
