Sternhold - incl. musical notation, printer's title device (Co. of Stationers); (10), 94pp. title stained and fore-edge frayed; BPC. lacks title, and pictorial commencing leaf, title and other stains; Concordances - (Norton and Bill, 1619), title lacks piece at fore-edge affects 4 words (all readable), lacks A2 (but text commences A3); another colophon at end (Norton and Bill, 1620). Main text - title stain over part of subtitle (readable) and at centre of dedication, some localised sm. stains, sig. Iii darkened and frayed at headlines and fore-edge with sl. loss/ damage, sm. paper flaw Iii 6 and 7 affects some 7 words. Darkening and fraying (as above) sig. K4 & 5 (headlines and fore-edge).
